Youville House in Cambridge, Mass., has 95 bright, spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a private bathroom and shower (designed with ease of mobility in mind); a kitchenette with microwave oven; and refrigerator/freezer, closets, carpeting and window treatments. Residents decorate with their furnishings, linens and personal items.
Each apartment also has an emergency response system that notifies staff when activated. Apartments vary in size and layout and are priced accordingly.
Respite or short-term residents move into fully furnished apartments equipped with telephone and cable service.
