Choosing Our Community
To join the Youville community, prospective residents must submit a completed application. This includes a physician’s evaluation which is completed by a physician and sent directly to Youville. There is no fee to apply. When the apartment of choice becomes available, the prospective resident signs the “Community Fee Agreement” and submits a one-time Community Fee. Our Wellness Director reviews the physician’s evaluation and completes an in-depth assessment of the individual care needs of the applicant.
The Director of Community Life supports new residents and their families throughout the moving process, ensuring a comfortable, smooth transition. Youville encourages new residents to bring guests for a meal on their first day. Family members or close friends are always welcome to spend the night as added support. The special attention given by staff to each new resident plays an essential role in a successful transition to the Youville community.
