Arthur C. Brooks Speaks with Youville Residents About the Secret to Happiness
We were thrilled to welcome best-selling author Arthur C. Brooks to Youville Place on Friday, June 17, 2022, for a discussion about the secrets of happiness in later life. A Harvard Professor and longtime practicing Catholic, Professor Brooks has spoken to audiences across the world about living a happier, fuller life. Drawing from a compelling mix of scientific research and personal experience, Professor Brooks explained how building lifelong friendships and maintaining family bonds can result in a life that is more fulfilling as the years pass – and how we can make better relationships at any age.
Among those in attendance were Youville Place residents Lillian Zebal and Minna Halperin, pictured here with Professor Brooks and Kathleen Kelleher, Director of Mission and Spiritual Care at Youville.
